The Local Organizing Committee has decided to introduce a new special prize for the best lecture at the conference. Only young scientists not older than 35 years could be awarded by this prize, the decision will be done by the members of International Scientific Committee at the conference. The lucky winner will have to send his CV and copy of ID card or passport (to guarantee his age) after being awarded.

Only young PhD students could be awarded by this prize, the decision will be done by the members of International Scientific Committee at the conference.
